This position is based in Seattle, WA.
The enterprise team at oneilonline is on the front lines of securing partner relations. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you champion the innovation and unique feature set oneilonline products can provide to our clients at the enterprise level. You bring oneilonline products and portfolio into enterprise sized companies in the Puget Sound Area, and can handle complex customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Generate a plan to ensure broad penetration into the large accounts within your territory.
- Understand complex customer requirements on both the business and technical level.
- Understand oneilonline products and unique feature set.
- Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.
- Able to participate and network at events.
- BA/BS Degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience
- 5 years field sales experience in the technology industry.
- Experience and understanding of technology and its role in a production environment.
- Proven ability to sell both large and small deals, and to meet or exceed quotas.
- Excellent listening and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated.
- Able to work independently but within a team environment.
- Salary and commission is based on experience.
